We had plans to pack up the kids and drive 3 hours to go here…..
But, suddenly in the middle of the night Saturday, we ended up here……

Lovely. I guess when you have kids, anything can happen. Plans don't always work out as intended....

Our bike riding fun was interrupted last night by an 11 year old falling and taking a nice chunk of skin out of his arm. I cleaned him up, feeling super grateful it wasn't worse!
He had an ear??? Oh the horrors! ;-) OK, I know it isn't a laughing matter since you ended up at the ER, but I couldn't resist. What happened? Was it an infection?
And how cute about Anthony's first birthday party. :-) I don't usually take Bryce to parties unless he is specifically invited, so I was excited for his first birthday party invitation too. Unfortunately he got sick and couldn't go. :-(

Man, that sledding looked like a ton of fun too. Sorry about the ER trip...the last time Cam had one we made her tough it out until morning and took her to the pediatrician.
