On to happier things. As we are all loving Pinterest right now, I needed to try a quick project I saw a few days ago. It is a wreath made from foam tubing. You know, that foam that covers the pipes in your home. Brilliant. Who thinks of these things??
I bought the tubing at Lowe’s for $1….and I was actually able to make 2 wreaths from the one tube. I hit the Dollar Tree for some Halloween ribbon and trinkets. And I got some orange fabric at Joann’s. I cut the fabric into strips and wrapped it around the tube, adding hot glue along the way. Glue your bow and scary spiders and your done. Simple and fun….all for only a few bucks. Gotta love it!!

That's awesome! I love all of the really thrifty decorating ideas I'm seeing over the past few days, including this one. Kids can totally help with most of them....when they aren't angry birding lol. Check out my "bats" post today...
